We have been heading out in the mornings for our daily exercise.  Today, we spent most of our time walkimg and exploring the shoreline...tidal pools, vegetation, birds, etc.

Dolphins

 
The dolphins, a pod of at least six, come down the coast about everyday while we are at the beach.  They got my attention today as they were leaping out of the water.  They appeared to be playing.  I wasn't fast enough with the camera to catch them in the air.

Out for an early morning jog at the seashore.

 

Shoveling the white stuff, again...at the beach...for Christmas!

Caleb and Bella working on the "hole" that Daddy started digging for them....it's their tradition.

They couldn't wait to get their swimsuits on and head to the beach.

12.12.12 Celebration!

We celebrated on 12.12.12 with chocolate chip cookies shaped as the date.

St. Nick visited!

St. Nick visited once again and filled their stockings ...making children in our house very happy!

New rides!

Caleb and Bella with their new rides...an early Christmas present.  Both of the kiddos have grown by leaps and bounds this past year.  Neither one of them could fit on their old bikes, so getting new bikes was a priority to them.  They enjoy bike riding together and with the neighbor kids too, of course!
